<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus for a packaging bag for product protection and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is to reduce time required for packing a packaging bag by a bundle of the packaging bag and allow an operator to perform different work during packaging bag manufacture. The manufacturing apparatus comprises: a winding part which is equipped to withdraw a packaging sheet for product protection by being installed at one side of a frame; a transfer part which is equipped in order to transfer the packaging sheet for product production withdrawn from the winding part by being installed on the frame in order to be located at the front of the winding part; a cutting part which is equipped to cut one side of the packaging sheet for product protection in order to manufacture a packaging box for product protection while thermally fusing one side of the packaging sheet for product protection transferred through the transfer part by falling by being located at the front of the transfer part by being installed on the other side of the frame; a lamination fixation means which is equipped to laminate and fix the packaging box for product protection manufactured the cutting part by fixing one end and the other end on the frame in order to be located at the lower part of the cutting part; and a control part which includes an operation button and multiple number buttons in order to laminate and fix the packaging box for product protection automatically manufactured as an inputted number and controls the transfer part, the cutting part, and the lamination fixation means.</p> |
