<p>Provided are a naturally fermented seasoning capable of substituting for an artificial seasoning and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing the naturally fermented seasoning comprises the steps of: mixing a first crop material containing at least one of green onion, red pepper, and ginger with first sugar, followed by fermentation, to prepare a first aged material; mixing a second crop material containing at least one of garlic, onion, and mushroom with second sugar, followed by fermentation, to prepare a second aged material; and mixing a seafood material containing at least one of kelp and anchovies with water and third sugar, followed by fermentation, to prepare a third aged material; and mixing the first aged material, the second aged material, and the third aged material.</p> |
