The device for controlling a regenerative braking mode of a hybrid vehicle comprises: a data information part which collects GPS information, vehicle information, and slope information; a regenerative braking mode control part which executes and controls at least one regenerative braking modes, and a regenerative braking model operating part which selectively controls at least one among an actuator, a retarder, and a regenerative braking motor.</p>
