The present invention relates to a clinical decision support method and an apparatus using the same and, more particularly, to a clinical decision support method and an apparatus using the same. The clinical decision support method comprises the steps of collecting a plurality of data related to a target disease; collecting a first rule based on the clinical knowledge of the target disease; collecting a second rule by applying a decision-making tree to the data; drawing a first probability value for data to be tested using the first rule and a fuzzy function; drawing a second probability value by applying the data to be tested to the second rule; and integrally analyzing the first and second probability values to draw an integrated analysis result value, presenting a degree of the risk of the target disease.
