<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source lighting device manufactured in compact size at low cost by minimizing power supply capacity of a shared power unit to which a plurality of lighting circuits for lighting light sources are connected in parallel, and lighting equipment provided with the light source lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: A light source lighting device OC includes an inductor L and a switching element Q, the switching element controls a current flowing into the inductor, as well as a plurality of lighting circuits CHC1 to CHCn for lighting plural types of light sources with at least a current flowing out of the inductor, a shared power unit DCS, and control means CC which adjustably controls the amount and mixed colors of light emitted by plural types of light sources through a process where a switching cycle T of the switching element of each lighting circuit is equalized and a phase period for the switching element of each lighting circuit to be turned on is assigned to the switching cycle T by sequentially shifting by T/n so that the period for the switching element of each lighting circuit to be turned on can be adjusted in a variety of combination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
