The device has a set of supporting elements (1, 2), where one of the supporting elements is swingable and definably arranged on the other supporting element over a holding structure (7). A telescopic-shaped guide bar (4) is provided in the base pipe, and another telescopic-shaped guide bar (5) is detachably fixed in the former telescopic-shaped guide bar. The guide bars include a handle grip (12) and a release unit (13), respectively.
