<p>The present invention relates to a cultivation method of microalgae, which comprises a step of forming a polymer thin film, a step of pre-treating wastewater using the polymer thin film, and a step of cultivating microalgae using the pre-treated wastewater as a culture medium. If wastewater is pre-treated with a cationic polymer in accordance to the present invention, the bacterial population in the wastewater decreases, which is able to increase the productivity of microalgae, and to effectively remove contaminants in the wastewater.</p> |
