<p>The invention provides a nitrile rubber composition comprising nitrile rubber (A) comprising 25 to 60% by weight of an ±,²-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit, 40 to 75% by weight of a conjugated diene monomer unit, at least part of which may be hydrogenated, and 0 to 30% by weight of a cationic monomer unit, and a laminar inorganic filler (B) contained in a proportion of 1 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the nitrile rubber (A), in said laminar organic tiller (B), a) a ratio of a particle size distribution area of particles having a volume-based particle diameter of at least 1.0 µm being at most 30%, b) a maximum peak particle diameter being 0.10 to 1.0 µm, and c) a frequency volume in the maximum peak particle diameter being at least 3.0%, a crosslinkable nitrile rubber composition and a crosslinked rubber material thereof, and a production process of the nitrile rubber composition, in which a latex of the nitrile rubber (A) and an aqueous dispersion of the laminar inorganic filler are mixed, coagulated and dried.</p> |
