PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and quality of a diaphragm plate, which is made of microporous membrane and has supporting frames. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 5 are provided on one of molds 2 and 2' having supporting frame forming parts 3 and 3' for molding supporting frame. After microporous membrane 1 is placed on the mold 2, the microporous membrane 1 is sucked from the through holes 5 so as to bring the microporous membrane 1 close contact with the mating surface of the mold 2. After that, the molds 2 and 2' are closed and resin in poured in the molds so as to mold the supporting frames. Thus, the microporous membrane is easily and surely brought into close contact with the mating surface of the mold, resulting in allowing to improve the productivity and quality of a diaphragm plate. |
