PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize the mechanical structure by providing a stroke sensor with a bar section and a circular section on the outside from the cylinder inner face of a tubular attenuator, and arranging the bar section in parallel with a piston rod. CONSTITUTION:A circular section 56 and a bar section 50 penetrating it, which form a stroke sensor, are provided on the outside from the cylinder 28 inner face of a tubular attenuator 24, and the bar section 50 is arranged in parallel with a piston rod 32. One of the bar section 50 and the circular section 56 is held on the cylinder 28 side, the other is held on the piston rod 32 side, and the stroke position of the tubular attenuator 24 is detected. The structure of the stroke sensor can be simplified and miniaturized, and it can be simply fitted to a vehicle body and the like. |
