The present invention relates to an earphone for ear canal adaptation comprising: an external housing which is equipped with a circuit for audio output and an output device; a unit for speaker in a cylindrical shape having a static length which is extended from the end of the external housing; and an ear kernel wearing unit equipped with a hold unit which is formed in a structure for covering the circumference of one side of the unit for speaker, controls the size of an external diameter if the location is varied to an internal side, and be held not to be separated from the inside of the ear kernel. The present invention has an effect for supplying the earphone for ear canal adaptation capable of controlling the size of the ear kernel wearing unit according to the ear kernel of a user using the earphone, preventing cause of pain even though when using the earphone for a long time, preventing malfunction or damage, and reducing manufacturing costs.
