A package comprising disposable diapers being wrapped by a wrap-around having an interior and an exterior surface wherein one or more substrate(s) is/are attached to at least a portion of the interior surface of the wrap-around, wherein the substrate(s) is/are selected from the group consisting of woven sheets, nonwoven sheets, knitted sheets, tissue sheets and any combination thereof, at least a portion of the wrap-around in combination with at least a portion of the substrate(s) being suitable for use as a changing mat.
