Disclosed is a method for cancelling inter-subcarrier interference in a wireless communication system. A method of cancelling interference in a transmission device includes a process of dividing an available entire subcarrier into sub blocks, mapping input symbols with regard to the subcarriers including the divided sub blocks to form Alamouti code symbol pairs, and performing inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) on the Alamouti code symbol pairs. Therefore, the method can effectively remove inter-subcarrier interference in a frequency selective fading channel.
