<p>PURPOSE: A thin film type solar cell with a current collecting electrode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a transmittance of a lower transparent electrode layer by increasing a conductivity of the lower transparent electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A thin film type solar cell includes at least one current collecting electrode(115), a photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer(130), and an upper metal electrode layer(150). The current collecting electrode is patterned between a transparent substrate(110) and a lower transparent electrode layer(120). The photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer and the upper metal electrode layer are formed on the lower transparent electrode layer. A reflective layer(140) is formed on the photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer. The current collecting electrode is a metal electrode.</p> |
