The present invention relates to a dendrimer compound having a germanium core and an organic optoelectronic device including the same. The organic optoelectronic device including the compound according to the present invention facilitates high light-emitting ability and luminous efficiency and increases lifetime by improving the thermal stability (heat resistance) of an organic optoelectronic device.
