The present invention relates to a pre-excavation multi-grout block anchor and a construction method thereof, wherein the pre-excavation multi-grout block anchor is provided to increase bearing power, which restrains and fixes an offshore structure, by comprising a large anchor body formed by a multi-grout anchor, which is installed on a seabed rock by pre-excavation, and an anchor block installed the multi-grout anchor. The pre-excavation multi-grout block anchor comprises a plurality of steel wires buried in the bedrock of the sea when a rod is buried in the bedrock, wherein the rod has a grout hose, which supplies grout, inserted and contained therein, and some of the steel wires are extended into the sea and connected to the offshore structure; multi-grout anchor including a fixing unit which is formed on the lower ends of the steel wires, which are buried in the bedrock, by the grout supplied from the grout hose; and an anchor block sinking from the vertical upper side of the multi-grout anchor to the upper part of the bedrock, and multiple through holes formed in order for some steel wires to pass through the through holes to be extended into the sea. |
