The present invention relates to a method for cultivating corn sprouts and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing corn sprouts, capable of increasing the sugar content of the corn sprouts when cultivating the corn sprouts, thereby producing tasty corn sprouts and utilizing the corn sprouts as a natural sweetener; shortening the cultivation time; and suppressing the proliferation of microorganisms, thus improving storability. According to the present invention, the method for cultivating corn sprouts comprises: a first immersing step of immersing corn seeds in electrolytic water for 3-4 hours to expand the corn seeds; a second immersing step of dehydrating the corn seeds immersed in the first immersing step and immersing the dehydrated corn seeds in a nutritional supplement for 20-30 minutes; a cultivating step of dehydrating the corn seeds immersed in the second immersing step, spraying electrolytic water having a chloride content of 40-60 ppm thereto, and then cultivating the corn seeds such that the corn seeds sprout; and a packaging step of sterilizing the sprouts with electrolytic water having a chloride content of 70-80 ppm, followed by packaging. |
