PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which prevents degradation of a normal image other than a bar-code, and improve image quality of the bar-code.SOLUTION: A charging apparatus decreases a surface potential of a photoreceptor drum to V'[V]. During exposure, the potential of a toner image part is increased up to V[V]. In a white part, exposure is not performed in an area including a bar-code, while exposure is performed in the other area to increase the potential up to V[V]. A fog margin M[V] in the area including the bar-code is larger than a fog margin M[V] in the other area, thereby increasing printing accuracy of the bar-code. |
