The present invention relates to a rotary PCR method using a microchip, wherein the microchip is equipped with unit PCR processing units (120, 220) disposed to be separated along a radial direction from a rotary center. The unit PCR processing units comprise: a target material capturing unit (125) equipped with a capturing path (126) filled with a capturing means (128); a sample storing unit (130) disposed in an inner radius direction from the target material capturing unit and connected with the entrance of the capturing path; washing buffer liquid storing units (140, 240) disposed in an inner radial direction from the target material capturing unit and connected with the entrance of the capturing path; an eluting buffer liquid storing unit (150) disposed in an inner radial direction from the target material capturing unit and connected with the entrance of the capturing path; a connecting section (162) connected with the exit of the capturing path and extended to be disposed in an outer radial direction by diverging from the exit; a waste liquid chamber (165) connected with the connecting section and disposed in an outer radial direction of the connecting section; and a target material chamber (170) connected with the connecting section, disposed in an outer radial direction of the connecting section, and disposed in a lower stream than the waste liquid chamber.
