METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN-IMPREGNATED SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a resin-impregnated sheet which has few voids and is excellent in solder heat resistance.SOLUTION: A resin-impregnated sheet is produced by: a step (1) of arranging a laminated body (1) having a support body and a layer of a composition containing a resin and a solvent in both sides of a fiber sheet so that the layer comes in contact with the fiber sheet, and heating and pressurizing the laminated body to obtain a laminated body (2) having a resin-impregnated sheet precursor obtained by impregnating the composition with the fiber sheet, and the support body; a step (2) of separating the resin-impregnated sheet precursor from the laminated body (2); and a step (3) of removing the solvent from the resin-impregnated sheet precursor to obtain a resin-impregnated sheet.
