<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce a contract electric power charge and a use electric power charge by achieving a desired peak shift and a peak cut if the peak of a use amount of power appears in any period.SOLUTION: An operating method of a power storage system performs both peak cut control, in which a lithium-ion battery 11 is discharged to reduce use electric energy so that the use electric energy does not exceed a peak value, and peak shift control, in which the lithium-ion battery 11 is charged in a time zone having low use power energy and discharged in a time zone having high use power energy to level the use electric energy. In this case, either one of a peak cut preference mode in which the peak cut control is performed preferentially or a peak shift preference mode in which the peak shift control is performed preferentially can be set on a daily basis.</p> |
