<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol-type hair cosmetic composition capable of reducing the remaining quantity in a pouch container.SOLUTION: An aerosol-type hair cosmetic composition is an oxidative hair-dyeing agent or a hair decoloring agent comprising a first agent including an alkali agent and a second agent including oxidizing agent in the composition, the aerosol-type hair cosmetic composition being used by being filled in a dual-structured container. The container has a first inner vessel filled with the first agent and a second inner vessel filled with the second agent, the first and second inner vessels being provided separately and accommodated in the same outer vessel and a space between the outer vessel and each of the inner vessels being a propellant filling space filled with a propellant, and is provided with a mechanism for discharging the first agent and the second agent simultaneously. One of the first and second inner vessels is a pouch container formed by laminating sheet material of a single-layer or multilayer structure including a resin layer, the innermost layer of the pouch container being a polyolefin resin layer, the agents filled in the pouch container including a nonionic surfactant and a higher alcohol satisfying the condition of a mass based content ratio of the nonionic surfactant to the higher alcohol being 0.07 to 1.8.</p> |
