PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running vehicle system which protects an electrical storage device of a running vehicle and makes the efficient operation of the running vehicle possible.SOLUTION: A running vehicle system 100 which includes a running vehicle 101, an electrical storage device 150 mounted on the running vehicle 101 and a charging device 102 capable of charging the electrical storage device 150 with electricity. Therein, the running vehicle 101 includes a reception part 170 which receives a prescribed signal, a gain part 161 which gains an electrical storage amount of the electrical storage device 150, a running control part 163 which tries running up to the charging device 102 when the electrical storage amount falls below a first threshold, a mode switching part 165 which switches a power consumption mode of the running vehicle 101 from a first mode where the running of the running vehicle is allowed into a second mode where power consumption other than the reception part 170 on the running vehicle is reduced when the electrical storage amount falls below a second threshold that is less than the first threshold, and a power source shutdown part 167 which shuts down power supply from the electrical storage device 150 when the electrical storage amount falls below the third threshold that is less than the second threshold. |
