PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that, for example, in electronic recording credit, payment processing is performed automatically, so that stopping of payment intentionally like note credit is impossible, and there is no system for extending a payment due date of electronic recording credit lending, and in payment processing in an electronic credit recording institution, if a debtor does not pay at a due date, as the first insolvency reason, insolvency reporting is performed, and the debtor is subjected to predetermined sanction.SOLUTION: The electronic recording credit which is extension target is not intended for conventional payment processing, and lending based on the electronic recording credit which is extension target is collected by performing new lending in which a date which is extended is a due date. Thereby, a payment due date of the electronic recording credit lending may be substantially extended. |
