摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a friction element of a vehicular clutch can be inexpensively magnetized.SOLUTION: In an assembly step, a friction element 36 is incorporated in a rotor on the inner peripheral side thereof, and in a magnetization step, the rotor 12 is magnetized while incorporated in the rotor and the friction element 36 also is simultaneously magnetized. Consequently a step for magnetizing the friction element 36 is made unnecessary when magnetizing the friction element 36, so that a clutch 22 of which the friction element 36 is magnetized can be inexpensively manufactured. By magnetization of the friction element 36, repulsive force is generated between a friction plate 28 and a separate plate 30 and contact between the friction plate 28 and the separate plate 30 is suppressed when the clutch 22 is opened, so that drag loss is reduced and fuel economy is improved.</p>
