PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duty adjustment circuit that has a short locking time.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a duty adjustment circuit 150 for adjusting a duty ratio of an internal clock signal PCLK0 on the basis of a duty control signal D1 to generate an internal clock signal PCLK1; a delay line 110 for delaying the internal clock signal PCLK1 to generate an internal clock signal LCLK; and a duty detection circuit 160 for detecting a duty ratio of the internal clock signal PCLK1 in generating the duty control signal D1 in a first mode, and detecting a duty ratio of the internal clock signal LCLK in generating the duty control signal D1 in a second mode. According to the invention, the configuration of a feedback loop can be switched according to the mode to enable a quick locking operation. |
