PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unison ring with a slide member that has good manufacturability at low cost and is used as a variable nozzle mechanism component of a variable displacement turbocharger, and in which the slide member has heat resistance, corrosion resistance and high abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A unison ring 34 is used as an element of a variable nozzle mechanism 24, and is engaged by inserting a drive side arm 46 into an engagement groove 38. A slide member 52 is formed separately from a ring body 50 in the unison ring 34, reinforced by composite precipitation of a γ' phase and an α phase mainly containing Cr, and made of a Ni group alloy whose internal hardness after aging treatment is 600-700 HV. The slide member 52 is assembled into an assembly hole 54 of the ring body 50, and the engagement groove is formed in the slide member 52.
