<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold fastening device of an injection molding machine provided with a temperature adjustment function for adjustment to the temperature at which the central axes of a fixed board and of a movable board coincide with each other based on an experimental value or a theoretical value through analysis.SOLUTION: If temperature difference is generated between a fixed board 1 and a movable board 2, a deviation is generated between the central axes of the fixed board 1 and of the movable board 2 due to thermal expansion difference between the fixed board 1 and the movable board 2. Then, the deviation between the central axes is dissolved by the method shown by the flow chart of Figure 7. First, when a temperature detection part 9 of the movable board 2 detects temperature change, a target temperature is calculated. The target temperature is calculated so that the central axis 11 of the fixed board 1 has the same height as the central axis 12 of the movable board from the relationship between the temperature of the fixed board 1 and the central axis height of the fixed board 1 and the relationship between the temperature of the movable board 2 and the central axis height of the movable board. By setting the temperature adjustment part 7 at the target temperature, thermal expansion of a support leg 5 of the fixing board 1 is adjusted, and the position of the fixing point 6 relative to the fixed board 1 and the central axis 11 of the fixed board 1 are corrected.</p> |
