PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion connector which is capable of preventing interference between a terminal and a housing when it is removed and in which dust hardly intrudes into the housing.SOLUTION: The insertion connector comprises a connection terminal 100 and a housing 300. The housing 300 includes: accommodation recesses 340a and 340b; inner walls 344a and 344b; and edges 343a of the accommodation recesses 340a and 340b. Within the accommodation recesses 340a and 340b, the connection terminal 100 is partially accommodated. The inner wall 344a (pivotally supporting part) pivotally supports the connection terminal 100 in such a manner that the connection terminal 100 can be turned by a predetermined angle at least from a predetermined position to one side in a first direction. The edges 343a are disposed adjacently to the connection terminal 100 located at the predetermined position. At a lower side of the edges 343a, a cut part 343a1 is provided which is cut in such a manner that the connection terminal 100 is not brought into contact with the edges 343a when the connection terminal 100 is turned by the predetermined angle. |
