PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of collected articles to be favorably packaged by a horizontal type bag-making charger with no disturbance of a collection state for favorable shipping of packaged articles after lateral seal and cutting.SOLUTION: Static electricity generation means 44 that charges collected articles 20 just before being fed into a cylindrical film 12a with static electricity is arranged above a transportation path of a supply conveyor 22 upstream of bag-making means 14. Ions produced by impressing high voltage on the discharge needle of the static electricity generation means 44 move to a first transportation bed 24 directing to the ground side. The collected articles 20 transported along the first transportation bed 24 are charged with static electricity by ions moving toward the first transportation bed 24. The cylindrical film 12a adheres with static electricity so as to surround the collected articles 20 by supplying the collected articles 20 with bag-filled articles sucked by each other with static electricity into the cylindrical film 12a, so that the collected articles 20 are transported toward a lateral seal mechanism 36 together with the cylindrical film 12a. |
