<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantizing density of a component in a compound material.SOLUTION: A density analysis method of a compound material includes the steps of: extracting a plurality of local areas 4, 5, and 6 in an evaluation area 3 in the compound material; evaluating variations in the percentage content of a test material in the local area; deriving variations in the size and percentage content of the local area; changing the size of the local area to repeat the previous operations; and quantizing the density of the distribution of the test material in the compound material using the standard deviation of a parent population and a relationship between a variation coefficient and the size of the local area.</p> |
