<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molded structure which can suppress leakage of a molten resin from a cavity during injection molding.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a door trim 10 provided with a trim board 20 and a second rib 22 injection-molded on the back 20B of the trim board 20 includes: a substrate molding step which press-molds the heated trim board 20 by an upper mold 51 and a lower mold 61; a molded body molding step which is performed after the substrate molding step to mold the second rib 22 in a state joined to the trim board 20 by injecting a molten resin into a runner 67 recessed in an abutting surface of the lower mold 61 against the trim board 20 in a state where the trim board 20 is pressed by the upper and lower molds 51, 61; and a substrate cooling step which is performed between the start of the substrate molding step and the start of the molded body molding step to cool a molded part of the second rib 22 in the trim board 20.</p> |
