PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lower stiffener in which a plastic composite material is used instead of steel or aluminum and a mounting part for fixing a bar to a vehicle is integrally formed with the bar, and to provide a manufacturing method of the vehicle lower stiffener.SOLUTION: A vehicle lower stiffener according to the invention includes: a core cover which is installed at a lower part of a bumper arranged along a longitudinal direction of the bumper; and an inner core which is formed so as to have higher density than the core cover, has higher rigidity than the core cover, and is positioned at the inner side of the core cover arranged along a longitudinal direction of the core cover. The above object is achieved by the vehicle lower stiffener and a manufacturing method of the vehicle lower stiffener. |
