<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device and recording method capable of reducing a shortage of recovery due to paper surface preliminary discharge.SOLUTION: When sheets 706, 707, 803, 804 are sequentially fed toward a recording position, depending on a non-discharge time from paper surface preliminary discharge to the first sheets 803, 804 until paper surface preliminary discharge to the second sheets 706, 707 fed subsequently to the first sheets, a timing of paper surface preliminary discharge performed to a sheet fed before the second sheets is controlled.</p> |
