<p>Disclosed is a bidirectional pendulum-rail type vibration controlling device capable of more efficiently controlling the vibration of a structure by performing vibratory motion on a structure such as a bridge in bidirectional manner. The vibration controlling device comprises: an upper fixing unit which has a curved guide part, which extends to be bent downward between both sides of the upper fixing unit, on a side surface; an upper moving bracket which is mounted in a curved guide unit of the upper fixing unit and reciprocates along the curved guide part in a direction; a hinge unit which is installed on a lower part of the upper moving bracket so that a pendulum arm is rotated in the other direction, which is the vertical direction to a direction; and the pendulum arm which has an upper end hinged to the hinge part to perform pendulum motion in the other direction and a lower end to which a mass is connected. The pendulum arm and the mass reciprocate in a direction and perform pendulum motion in the other direction, which is the vertical direction to a direction, at the same time.</p> |
