摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing utilization time of an alternator in a range in which excessive discharging is not performed in balance of charge and discharge.SOLUTION: A second power storage device 112 is connected in parallel to a first power storage device 110. The second power storage device 112 is at least one nickel hydrogen battery 152 and nickel hydrogen batteries 152 except a lead battery are connected in a two-parallel manner. In the first power storage device 110 and the second power storage device 112, electric power generated by an alternator 120 loaded on a vehicle is stored and supplied to loads in the vehicle. In the first power storage device 110 and the second power storage device 112, when speed of the vehicle becomes lower than a threshold, charging from the alternator 120 is stopped.
