PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a patterned organic semiconductor compound-containing layer by a simple and convenient method at low cost without using a mask or a bank.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a patterned organic semiconductor compound-containing layer comprises a step of heating a laminate in a pattern shape after previously warming the same, the laminate having on a support member an organic layer including a precursor compound which is converted to an organic semiconductor compound by heating.
