PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method for manufacturing an electrode having high capacity density and high energy density; an electrode obtained by the method; and a power storage device including the electrode.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode includes the steps of: mixing at least a conductive polymer and a low molecular active material; heating a mixture of the conductive polymer and the low molecular active material up to at least one temperature of a volatilization temperature and a sublimation temperature of the low molecular active material or more; and causing at least one event of volatilization and sublimation of the low molecular active material by the heating and coupling the low molecular active material to a surface of the conductive polymer by the event.
