<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor capable of improving an output characteristic from a main shaft by reducing influences on the output from the main shaft due to a force in another axis direction.SOLUTION: The acceleration sensor includes: an X-detection section 10 that detects acceleration in an X-direction by using a first movable electrode 11 and outputs the same; a Y-detection section 20 that detects acceleration in a Y-direction by using a second movable electrode 21 and outputs the same; a Z-detection section 30 that detects acceleration in a Z-direction by using a third movable electrode 31 and outputs the same; and an automatic correction circuit 210 that, by defining any one of the X-direction, the Y-direction and the Z-direction as the main axial direction, corrects the sensitivity in the main axial direction based on the output in another axial direction different from the main axial direction.</p> |
