<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a liposome preparation containing amphotericin B and a liposome preparation containing amphotericin B prepared thereby. According to the preparation method of the present invention, provided is a liposome preparation containing amphotericin B, in which free amphotericin B that is not enclosed in the liposome is maintained at a content of less than 1% and amphotericin B is stably enclosed in the liposome, thereby reducing cytotoxicity to normal cells to improve safety.</p> |
