PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden solar panel frame and a replacement method thereof in which a wooden frame of a solar panel can be replaced without removing an upper solar panel and further without an electrical construction at all, when the replacement of the wooden panel is needed.SOLUTION: A wooden solar panel frame replacement method is characterized as follows: in the replacement of a frame, a new post is arranged beside an initial post and built on an upper surface of a foundation; the new post and the foundation are fixed and a new beam is fixed on an upper part of the new post; subsequently, a new girder is inserted between a metal frame of a solar panel and an initial beam from the direction of each of upper and lower openings, respectively, and fixed to the new beam; next, the upper part of a new batter brace is fixed to the beam and the girder, and the lower part thereof is fixed with the new post; the metal frame attaching the solar panel and the initial girder are removed; existing girder, beam and post are dismantled sequentially after fixing the new girder and the metal frame; and thereby the entire or a portion of the wooden frame can be replaced any number of times. |
