<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety cut-off stick device which allows a person to easily and safely escape from a railroad-crossing while avoiding breakage of a cut-off stick when a person is in the railroad-crossing, without risk on the surrounding, and in addition, which can be installed in an existing railroad-crossing arrangement easily.SOLUTION: A cut-off stick on a base end part side and a cut-off stick 8 on a tip end part side of a railroad-crossing cut-off machine are coupled in a linear state. When the cut-off stick on the tip end part side is pressed by receiving external force, it bends obliquely upward, and then returns to its original position for preventing breakage of the cut-off stick and for securing safety during bending. A regulating part 303 for regulating bending to rotation in one direction is provided.</p> |
