The present invention provides an opening and closing device for a ship and a marine structure including: a housing in which a vertically movable propulsion device is installed therein; an opening and closing unit including a door to be installed in the house and capable of the watertight of a partial space in the housing; and a sealing unit installed on one side of the opening and closing unit for the watertight of the housing.
