摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for making makguksu (buckwheat noodles) using a powder prepared from Cirsium setidens cultivated in the fresh and high land. As for the method of the present invention, Cirsium setidens is collected from the land, washed with clean water. All foreign materials are removed from Cirsium setidens, followed by drying. When well dried, the Cirsium setidens is finely ground like buckwheat flour using a pulverizing machine. For a paste for noodles, 30 wt% of bucket, 55 wt% of wheat flour, 10 wt% of sweet potato starch, 2 wt% of roasted bucket powder, and 3 wt% of Cirsium setidens powder are mixed to make a paste, and the paste is put in a noodle making machine, and molded into noodle stripes for Cirsium setidens makguksu. The molded noodle stripes are boiled in water of 100°C for 2 minutes. The boiled noodle stripes are washed with clean and cool water, thereby making Cirsium setidens makusu. The Cirsium setidens makguksu according to the present invention makes a taste which is absent in other makguksu, and has a beneficial effect on the health. As shown in Dongui Bogam, (Cirsium setidens has mild properties, bitter taste, and no toxicity; smoothens extravasated blood; stops the vomiting of blood and the bleeding at the nose; treats boils and ringworms; treats women red secretion; and strengthens the blood). The present invention can allow a user to always eat Cirsium setidens which is good for the health, and the effects of Cirsium setidens are applied to the human body, thereby help make a healthy body.</p>
