The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a microfiber web for a padded jacket and, more particularly, to an apparatus for manufacturing a microfiber web for a padded jacket, which is capable of improving the quality of a product by being manufactured with a web without frictional heat, and easily separating and placing the microfibers by air injection and suction to a guide roller downwardly transferring the microfiber discharged from a reservoir tank. The apparatus for manufacturing a microfiber web for a padded jacket includes: a reservoir tank discharging the microfiber under pressure of air supplied from the upper part; the guide roller including projections formed on an outer circumference thereof so as to wind and transfer the microfiber discharged from the reservoir tank; a housing including an air spraying hole spaced at a certain distance from the outer circumference of the guide roller and spraying air to a lower part of the guide roller; a conveyor belt installed below the guide roller to place and transfer the microfiber that is wound around and transferred by the guide roller; a suctioning part installed inside the conveyor belt and suctioning air so as to place and fix the microfiber to the conveyor belt; an alignment roller disposed in the rear end of the conveyor belt to align the microfiber placed on the conveyor belt; a heating means disposed in the rear end of the alignment roller to melt and press the aligned microfiber; and a cooling means cooling the microfiber pressed by the heating means. |
