<p>The present invention relates to an image encrypting system using a null frame. More particularly, the present invention relates to an image encrypting system which transmits position information of an frame I using a key pad to a null frame, and decodes position information of the frame I included in a null frame in a reception side using a null frame which may be encoded if exactly knowing the position information of the frame I in real time in the null frame. The image encrypting system using a null frame according to the present invention includes: a CCTV (100) which photographs an image and converts the photographed image into an ES (Element Stream) image signal to transmit the ES image signal; a transmitter (200) which receives and encrypts an ES image signal provided from the CCTV (100) to transmit the encrypted image signal; a receiver (300) which receives and decodes the encrypted image signal provided from the transmitter (200) to transmit the decoded image signal; and a monitor (400) which receives and images the encoded image signal provided from the receiver (300). When the transmitter (200) designates a predetermined value which is randomized and output, position information of the frame I is modulated and packetized, the position information of the frame I is inserted into a null packet of the null frame so that the position information of the frame I in the null packet of the null frame is changed.</p> |
