PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust an assembling position of a fender garnish 11 by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: An engagement hole 18 is formed at a sidewall 12 of a fender garnish 11 having flexibility, and an adjustment hole which can fix the fender garnish 11 to a fender panel 50 is formed at an upper wall in a state that a displacement amount from a reference position of the fender garnish 11 is adjusted. A clip 30 has a pressure-insertion part 32 which is pressure-inserted into a hole 54 of the fender panel 50, a shaft part 34 which protrudes from a base end of the pressure-insertion part, and a flange 36 which is connected to an end of the shaft part, and abuts on an edge of the engagement hole 18. An inclined part 16a which is inclined so as to separate from an opposing face 37 of the flange 36 as separating from the engagement hole 18 is formed at an opposing face 16 which opposes the flange 36 in the fender garnish 11, and a space S is formed between an external peripheral edge 37a of the opposing face 37 of the flange 36 and the opposing face 16 of the fender garnish 11. |
