PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a simply and economically designed preheating plug which enables a structure and manufacturing of the preheating plug to be simplified and effectively resists expansion and contraction stress under influences of severe temperature change on the plug.SOLUTION: In a preheating plug, one end 11 ends at a glow rod 2 and the other end 12 includes a cylindrical body 1 having a connection piece 3. A heating cartridge 22A is connected with a wire electrode 55A penetrating through the cylindrical body 1 by a compensation connector 42A.
