摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detector capable of detecting a pressure applied to a crystal piece with high accuracy in a wide range of temperatures.SOLUTION: There is provided a pressure detector for detecting a pressure acting on a crystal plate 2 by regarding it as a change in voltage based on the piezoelectric effect of the crystal plate 2, where a first vibration region 21 and a second vibration region 22 which is in twin crystal relationship with the first vibration region 21 are formed on the crystal plate 2. A voltage generated in the first vibration region 21 when a pressure is applied to the crystal plate 2 is detected by a first voltage detection unit 4, and a voltage also generated in the second vibration region 22 is detected by a second voltage detection unit 5. Since a difference between a first voltage detection value V1 and a second voltage detection value V2, and a pressure P, can be expressed by a function expression which is independent of temperature, a pressure applied to the crystal plate 2 can be detected with high accuracy in a wide range of temperatures by obtaining the pressure P on the basis of the voltage detection values V1, V2 by a pressure calculation unit 6.</p>
