PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device that transmits a target differential clock signal with low noise by providing a wideband common mode filter function and a differential filter function. ! SOLUTION: The transmission device has: a transmission circuit 11 for outputting a differential signal; a first filter 31A for filtering the differential signal; a differential line 30 of a length of m*λ/2 (m: a positive integer, and λ: a wavelength corresponding to a fundamental frequency of the differential signal) for transmitting the differential signal; a second filter 31B for filtering the differential signal transmitted; and a reception circuit 13 for receiving the differential signal filtered.
